Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Branch Executive in Malaysia to oversee daily branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional client service. You will lead sales initiatives and support advisers to grow the business.

On a typical day, you'll drive BD initiatives, coordinate events, manage administration, and report performance to management. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus travel within the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development or branch operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in administrative processes and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within the assigned branch network.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business development initiatives to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
• Support advisers with training, activities, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate and execute branch events, campaigns, and business meetings.
• Manage branch administration, daily operations, and processing to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and operational support for advisers and clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide timely reporting to management.
• Foster strong relationships with advisers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
