Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad seeks an experienced RM leader to drive sales and service excellence for affluent customers across branches and related hubs. You will coordinate product updates, escalate issues timely, and guide the team to meet business targets.

You will also recruit staff, supervise performance, and coordinate with regional heads while ensuring AMLA/KYC compliance and strong governance. Degree in banking/finance required.

Qualifications

• Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years banking experience, with minimum 3 years working in an RM role.
• Exhibits leadership and management skills that inspires high performance from staff.
• Customer-oriented approach in problem solving/decision making/analytical thinking.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Reference point for decisions and guiding sales staff on day to day sales matters.
• Drive sales performance and service delivery for affluent customers with timely escalations.
• Lead, plan and manage the team’s sales/service to achieve business objectives.
• Recruit the right staff for RM and ensure adequate headcount.
• Ensure audit findings are fixed with no repetitive issues and ensure compliance.
