You will steer operations, risk management, and people development, collaborating with product teams to grow deposits, loans and investments, and ensuring customer satisfaction across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail banking with branch leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and regulatory frameworks (BNM, AML/CFT).
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer focus.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with sound risk and compliance judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive branch sales across Deposits, Loans, Investments, Bancassurance and credit card products.
• Develop strategies and monitor performance to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong audit outcomes and timely reporting.
• Coach staff to foster a culture of compliance and service excellence.
