• Manage a team of Relationship Managers, Service Relationship Manager (optional), Banca & Wealth Consultant in a PB Hub.
• Plan, lead and drive sales/service excellence while maintaining PB customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue and AUM growth of the cluster’s branches through wealth products, lending referrals and deposits.
• Oversee sales and service management within the PB Hub.
• Provide direction on day-to-day sales matters and guidance to PB Hub staff.
• Ensure staff engagement and productivity and provide coaching to uplift performance.
