Safeguards Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Operations Leader in Sabah to oversee daily operations in Cash and Manned Guarding, ensure SLA delivery, and drive branch performance against P&L targets.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and compliance with SOPs, HSE, and regulatory requirements, with English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma qualification or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of operational experience, preferably in security/logistics.
Proven experience in team leadership and performance management.
Exposure to P&L / cost management is an added advantage.
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA)to all customers.

Job Requirements:

Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
