Mutiara Security Services Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Branch Manager to lead and grow our Johor Bahru operations.

You will oversee branch performance, client relationships, and regulatory compliance while reporting to senior management. The role requires 5 years of management experience in security or service industries, strong business development and contract negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

Mutiara Security Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Branch Manager to lead, grow, and manage our Johor Bahru branch. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee full branch operations, financial performance, workforce management, and regulatory compliance while aggressively driving regional business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial & Growth: Execute business development strategies, generate prospective leads across Johor, prepare tenders/proposals, conduct site surveys, and negotiate contracts to expand the branch pipeline.
• Operations & Service: Mobilize security assignments, manage daily operations, maintain proper staffing and equipment, respond swiftly to client incidents, and build strong client relationships to boost retention.
• Finance & Compliance: Monitor revenue, gross margins, costs, and collections. Ensure total compliance with local laws, security licensing, and company policies through regular site audits and incident investigations.
• Leadership: Recruit, deploy, train, and mentor branch personnel while submitting key operational reports to Head Office.

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Security Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience (security, facilities, or service-based industries preferred).
• Proven track record in business development, contract negotiation, and team management.
