Job summary

Safeguards Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Cash Audit Executive to perform cash balancing, reconciliation, and compliance across branches. You will conduct branch visits to perform full cash counts, ensure 3-way balancing, and uphold dual-control standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Cash count & reconciliation for all cash float including petty cash monthly/weekly per branch.
Visit branch as scheduled to conduct full cash count, reconciliation, 3-way balancing and cash operational compliance.
Comply with blind count and dual control during cash count.
Sight all cash during cash count.
Perform tasks as assigned.

Job description

The cash audit executive is responsible for executing and reporting on Cash Balancing & Reconciliation (3 way balance) and operational compliance. Responsible to provide an independent and objective assurance to the management on the state of the branches cash control and compliance.

Internal: All Department

Key Accountabilities

Cash count & reconciliation for all the cash float available including petty cash once a month/week depending on the branches.
Visit branch based on the approved scheduled to conduct full cash count & reconciliation, 3 way balancing and cash operational compliance.
To comply with blind count and dual control requirement during cash count
All cash to be sighted during cash count
Perform task as assigned.

Formal Education

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in any related field.

Experience

Relevant working experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
