Job summary
Mutiara Security Services Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Johor Bahru branch operations, drive business development, and manage client relationships while achieving financial targets.
The role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to oversee manpower planning, budgeting, and service delivery. You will ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of security services across the branch.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Security Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in security services, facilities management or related industries.
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, tendering, proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employees, multiple client sites, budgets, revenue targets and operations performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations, administration and commercial performance of the Johor Bahru branch.
- Develop and execute business development and branch growth strategies.
- Identify prospective clients and build a strong business pipeline throughout Johor.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, tenders and commercial submissions.
- Conduct client meetings, site surveys and contract negotiations.
- Manage the mobilisation and day-to-day operations of security assignments.
- Ensure sufficient manpower, relief coverage, supervision, equipment and operational readiness.
- Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to complaints, incidents and service issues.
- Monitor branch revenue, gross margin, operating costs, invoicing and collections.
- Recruit, deploy, train, coach and manage branch employees.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, employment regulations, Company policies and contractual obligations.
- Conduct operational inspections, audits, performance reviews and incident investigations.
- Work closely with Head Office departments including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Compliance and Business Development.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our Johor Bahru branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall branch operations, business development, client management, manpower planning and financial performance.

Good written and spoken command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of the Johor business market and an established professional network will be an added advantage.
Valid driving licence and own transport.
Willing to travel throughout Johor when required.
