Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Achieve targets for product sales and account openings; cross-sell PL, Credit Cards, FD, and other products.
• Learn and use I-Pads/devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other banking transactions accurately.
• Maintain branch cash and perform end-of-day balancing as Chief Cashier when required.
• Adhere to risk controls, rotation guidelines and conduct codes.
