Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, banking, economics or related field.
• Professional banking certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5-8 years banking experience with 2-3 years in leadership or branch management.
• Strong track record in retail banking sales and branch profitability.
• Knowledge of BNM regulations, compliance and risk controls.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff and provide training on products and processes.
