Job summary

AFFIN Group in Negeri Sembilan, Seremban seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead branch personnel and drive sales targets to maximize profitability.

You will ensure compliance with Branch Manual and BNM guidelines, manage audits, risk controls, customer service SLAs, staff training and development, and community CSR activities.

This role requires strong leadership, financial discipline, and ability to coordinate BCM, BUCO, CLO roles while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Follows Branch Manual and BNM Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensures audit ratings are satisfactory and findings resolved within timeframes.
• Coaches staff on compliance, product knowledge, customer service and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target.
• Handle Deposit, Investment, Loans (ASBF, SMART MONEY & Education loan).
• Oversee Bancassurance & Banca Takaful products and Credit Card operations.
• Foster business referrals and prevent fraud and losses.
• Ensure cost control as per budget and effective governance.
