Job summary

AFFIN Group is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at the Miri branch, drive sales targets, manage deposits, loans and investments, and ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines. You will supervise branch staff, maintain internal controls, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role focuses on profitability, cost management, and peak performance, with responsibilities spanning audit readiness, training, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target
• Manage deposits, investments, loans and bancassurance products
• Ensure compliance with BN M guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Maintain internal controls and audit readiness
• Coordinate business continuity and risk management
• Provide staff training and coaching on products and processes
• Oversee customer service levels and SLA adherence
• Organize recruitment, performance reviews and staff development
• Handle CSR activities and branch safety/ security
• Support relief duties and operational coverage
