Qualifications

• Experience managing a bank branch and supervising staff.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and internal controls.
• Proven ability to meet branch sales targets and manage costs.
• Experience in coaching, training, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target.
• Ensure compliance with branch manuals, BNMs guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses within SLA.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, performance reviews, and development.
• Act as BCM Coordinator, BUCO Representative, CLO, and OSHA coordinator.
