Job summary

AFFIN Group seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, supervise staff, drive sales growth and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage risk, coordinate continuity planning, and uphold service standards while driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include staff development, audit readiness, CSR involvement, and effective cost management to maximise branch profitability. This role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to banking operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing branch personnel and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Accountable for branch sales turnover, profitability, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with BNM guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and resolve findings within deadlines.
• Act as BCM Coordinator and implement Business Continuity Plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch personnel and oversee daily branch operations.
• Drive and achieve branch sales targets and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Coordinate BCM, CLO, BUCO activities and audit responses.
• Provide staff training and coaching; manage recruitment and performance.
