Job summary

AFFINBANK seeks a capable Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, oversee personnel, and drive sales growth in line with regulatory standards. You will manage deposits, loans, investments and bancassurance products while ensuring high service levels for customers and adherence to internal controls.

Based at the branch, you will coordinate risk management, audit readiness, staff training and performance, and contribute to CSR activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target
• Deposit, Investment, Loans – ASBF, SMART MONEY & Education loan
• Bancassurance & Banca Takaful product, Credit Card
• Business referrals and loss prevention
• Control costs per budget
• Ensure staff duties align with Branch Manual, BN M guidelines and internal controls
• Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and resolve audit findings timely
• Act as BCM Coordinator and perform Business Continuity Plan & Call Tree Exercise
• Act as BUCO Representative and CLO (Complaint Liaison Officer)
• Act as Branch OSHA coordinator and ensure regulatory compliance
