Job summary

AFFIN Group in Genting Highlands seeks a Branch Manager to lead branch operations and supervise staff, ensuring daily efficiency and strong customer service. You will drive branch sales across deposits, loans, investments, and bancassurance, while maintaining tight cost control and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include enforcing branch manuals and guidelines, achieving audit ratings, coordinating BCM, BUCO, CLO, and OSHA duties, and supporting staff development

Qualifications

• Experience managing branch operations and staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and internal controls.
• Ability to achieve branch sales targets.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales target across deposits, investments, loans, bancassurance and cards.
• Prevent fraud and losses, internal and external.
• Control costs according to budget.
• Ensure adherence to Branch Manual, BNM guidelines and internal controls.
• Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and resolve audit findings.
• Submit reports on schedule; act as BCM Coordinator and perform Business Continuity Plan.
• Serve as BUCO, CLO, and Branch OSHA coordinator.
• Provide staff training on products and compliance.
• Organize CSR activities and ensure branch safety and cleanliness.
• Perform relief duties as ABM.
