Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Branch Executive in Malaysia to oversee branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional client service. You will drive growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management.

You will support advisers, coordinate branch events, manage daily operations, and report performance metrics while traveling within the branch network as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, branch operations, or financial services support.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in administrative processes and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel within assigned branch network.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business development initiatives to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
• Support advisers with training, activities, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate and execute branch events, campaigns, and business meetings.
• Manage branch administration, daily operations, and processing to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and operational support for advisers and clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide timely reporting to management.
• Foster strong relationships with advisers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
