Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, branch operations, or financial services support
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in administrative processes and attention to detail
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to travel within assigned branch network

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business development initiatives to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
• Support advisers with training, activities, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate and execute branch events, campaigns, and business meetings.
• Manage branch administration, daily operations, and processing to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and operational support for advisers and clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide timely reporting to management.
• Foster strong relationships with advisers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
