Job summary

AFFIN Group is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead a team, and drive sales targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer service. The role requires strategic leadership and deep knowledge of retail banking products.

You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing profitability, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and BN M guidelines. A results-driven leader with 5–8 years in banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of banking experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or branch management role.
• Strong experience in retail banking sales, branch operations, and customer relationship management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing branch profitability.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational risk controls.
