Hong Leong Bank invites applications for a Sales & Service position at our Negeri Sembilan branch. Malaysian citizens, fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
You will provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT and Mystery Shopping results, with targets for CASA, FD Book growth, and cross selling of PL, Credit Cards and ASBF Funding. You will also handle branch operations, including deposits, withdrawals and end-of-day cash
Competenze
- Malaysian citizen
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
Mansioni
- Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT and Mystery Shopping results
- Carry clear targets for CASA, FD Book growth and account opening; cross-sell PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales and ASBF Funding
- Learn and use I-Pads/other devices for customer service and cross selling
- Assist in calling up customers for service/sales interactions
- Carry out branch operations such as deposits, withdrawals, remittances and end-of-day cash balancing
- Comply with Bank code of conduct, risk controls and staff guidelines
