Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in branch operations, service and basic sales knowledge.
• Experience in banking industry on sales and marketing is added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and accounting skills.
• Good understanding of banking regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Performs banking services in the area of delivering superior customer service contacts or assists customers and prospective customers
• Attend to walk in customers and perform day to day banking transactions
• Achieves branch performance standards including operating loss control and compliance with policies and procedures
• Develop and build long term business relationship with customer to foster cross selling opportunities
• Ensures all operational procedures comply with manuals and other banking rules regulations
• Identifies and escalates risks inherent in particular situations or transactions Assess,control, monitor and report impact of risks, franchise, regulatory or financial
