Job summary

Happy Fish Swim School is expanding and seeks a Branch Associate to be the welcoming face of our Mount Austin or Sunway Bigbox Iskandar Puteri branches. You will deliver friendly front-desk service, assist with class scheduling, and help maintain a clean, safe environment for our young swimmers and families.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong English communication is required, with Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia considered a plus.

• Education & Experience: Minimum Certificate / Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive front-desk service to parents, students and visitors.
• Manage attendance tracking, assist with admin tasks, and support class coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of front desk, lounge and changing areas.
• Assist Branch Manager with day-to-day operations and report issues promptly.
• Foster a welcoming environment that builds trust within the swimming community.

Branch Associate (Customer Service & Operations)

Are you friendly, organized, and excited to work in a vibrant, family-centric environment? Happy Fish Swim School is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Branch Associate to be the welcoming face of our branch.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, keeping our facilities top-notch, and ensuring a safe, cheerful, and seamless experience for our little swimmers and their parents.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Guest Experience: Provide warm, attentive, and professional front-desk service to parents, students, and visitors.

Front Desk & Daily Operations: Manage student attendance tracking, handle administrative tasks, and assist with daily branch scheduling and class coordination.

Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards of the front desk, lounge, and changing room areas.

Team & Operations Support: Assist the Branch Manager with smooth day-to-day operations and promptly report or elevate any operational or emergency matters.

Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming, clean, and positive environment that builds trust with our swimming community.

Who We Are Looking For

Education & Experience: Minimum Certificate / Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English (required to serve our core demographic and diverse clientele). Conversational Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Personality & Traits: Caring, cheerful, meticulous, and genuinely passionate about working around babies, toddlers, and young families.

Core Competencies: Strong team player, highly organized, comfortable with multitasking, and eager to learn.

Work Location: Mount Austin or Sunway Bigbox Iskandar Puteri

Working Days: 5 Days / Week (2 Weekday Off-Days)
