Job summary

Happy Fish Swim School is seeking a Branch Associate to warmly welcome families, deliver frontline service, and support daily operations at our Subang Jaya branch.

We value fresh graduates with a Diploma, strong English, cheerful and meticulous personality, and a teamwork mindset to help our little swimmers and their parents feel at home.

Working days are 5 per week with rotating morning/afternoon shifts; onboarding is provided along with incentives in a friendly, purpose-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Guest Experience: Provide warm, attentive front-desk service to parents, students and visitors.
• Front Desk & Daily Operations: Manage student attendance, handle admin tasks, and assist with class scheduling.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene of front desk, lounge and changing areas.
• Team & Operations Support: Assist Branch Manager with day-to-day operations and report issues.
• Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment that builds trust with the swimming community.

Branch Associate (Customer Service & Operations)

Are you friendly, organized, and excited to work in a vibrant, family-centric environment? Happy Fish Swim School is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Branch Associate to be the welcoming face of our branch.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, keeping our facilities top-notch, and ensuring a safe, cheerful, and seamless experience for our little swimmers and their parents.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Guest Experience: Provide warm, attentive, and professional front-desk service to parents, students, and visitors.

Front Desk & Daily Operations: Manage student attendance tracking, handle administrative tasks, and assist with daily branch scheduling and class coordination.

Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards of the front desk, lounge, and changing room areas.

Team & Operations Support: Assist the Branch Manager with smooth day-to-day operations and promptly report or elevate any operational or emergency matters.

Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming, clean, and positive environment that builds trust with our swimming community.

Who We Are Looking For

Education & Experience: Minimum Certificate / Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English (required to serve our core demographic and diverse clientele). Conversational Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Personality & Traits: Caring, cheerful, meticulous, and genuinely passionate about working around babies, toddlers, and young families.

Core Competencies: Strong team player, highly organized, comfortable with multitasking, and eager to learn.

Working Days: 5 Days / Week (2 Weekday Off-Days)
Hours: A (9.30AM-6.30PM) B (11.30AM-6.30PM) Rotational
