Job summary

Advanced Prestige Sdn Bhd (Sutera Harbour Resort) is hiring a Service Associate for Sports & Recreation at Little Magellan. You will help maintain the pool area, run the pool counter, and support children's activities and daily operations for the Kiddies Club, delivering a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have guest service experience, be energetic and friendly, and communicate in BM and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service, recreation, kids' activities, sports facilities, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Multilingual: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus to engage with international guests
• Energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic when interacting with guests
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a warm and positive attitude
• Team player who is confident, responsible, and able to manage active, fast-paced activities with a smile
