Job summary

KEYNOVA RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Bonded Warehouse Manager with bonded warehouse experience to oversee daily operations, control stock in/out, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires strong leadership to supervise staff and ensure a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities include implementing SOPs, coordinating with logistics and internal teams, and maintaining documentation and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing a Bonded Warehouse.
• Strong understanding of stock in/out control, storage management, and inventory records.
• Comfortable working with manual records or basic systems (training on systems will be provided).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting and tracking purposes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, stock in/out control, and dispatch of goods.

• Supervise warehouse staff, including task assignment, attendance monitoring, and daily work coordination.
