Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a skilled Boilerman to ensure reliable boiler operation in an industrial facility. You will monitor boiler and burner performance, perform routine inspections, and work under safe procedures to optimize fuel economy.

The role requires a DOSH-certified Boilerman (Grade 1 or Grade 2), 1–3 years of hands-on experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. This on-site position emphasizes safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Boilerman certification (Grade 1/2) issued by DOSH is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of boilerman experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of boiler operations, maintenance and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with steam boiler systems.
• Able to perform routine inspection, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Physically fit and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain boiler and burner to ensure optimum performance.
• Observe all Safety & SOP procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping within the boiler room.
• Observe dress code for safety and maintain bearing and outlook.
• Apply any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

1To maintain the operational status of the boiler to ensure optimum performance.
2To maintain the burner to ensure optimum performance on fuel economy.
3To maintain good house keeping within the boiler room.
4To observe all Safety & Operation Procedures and SOP.
5To observe dress code for safety and maintain bearing and outlook.
6And any other task that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least a Boilerman Certificate (Grade 1 / Grade 2) issued by DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health), Malaysia.

Minimum 1-3 years of working experience as a Boilerman or in a similar role within a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Good knowledge of boiler operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Familiar with Steam Boiler systems.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Able to perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and minor repair works

Physically fit, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
