Job summary

Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis SDN BHD is seeking a Body & Paint Service Advisor to plan and coordinate intake for NSSW standard operating procedures, and to prepare accurate repair estimates for insurance and cash customers. You will manage final billing, upload documents to Merimen, and ensure all paperwork is complete before vehicle handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Body & Paint related role.
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering or Automotive equivalent.
• Coordinate repair estimates and invoicing.
• Familiar with insurance claim processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Body & Paint intake and workflow.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates for insured and cash customers.
• Produce final bills/invoices for repairs and insurance cases.
• Upload mandatory documents in Merimen and ensure complete handover.
