Job summary

AutoWorld Asia in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Bodyshop & Paint Service Manager to lead daily operations, ensure quality workmanship and profitability targets, and coordinate with external contractors.

You will oversee a team of technicians, ensure manufacturer standards, and deliver timely repairs while maintaining high customer satisfaction and compliance with insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in automotive/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in automotive (body & paint) industry.
• Proven track record in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve profitability targets for bodyshop and paint business.
• Ensure smooth bodyshop operations.
• Manage external contractors to meet turnaround times.
• Develop and enhance bodyshop & paint operations.
• Supervise bodyshop & paint team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure bodyshop & paint meet manufacturers’ requirements.
• Meet customer satisfaction and insurance claim requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior.
