Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, generate, and distribute invoices to clients accurately and timely.
• Enter and maintain customer accounts and billing data in the accounting system.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
