Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in basic accounts, reporting & invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send out invoice to clients.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices.
• Record and reconcile customer payments.
• Process and apply incoming payment to company account.
• Maintain up-to-date customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
• Contact client regarding overdue payments and arrange payment plans if necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on account receivable status.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by providing accurate accounts receivable information.
