Job summary

TIME dotCom Berhad is seeking a Billing & Sales Operations Assistant responsible for accurate billing and timely order submission, ensuring revenue recognition and a positive customer experience.

This role supports Sales with data retrieval, contract review, and documentation whilst coordinating with multiple departments to resolve disputes and process deposits before account closure. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year experience in a related role preferred.
• Proficient Excel with lookup and pivot capabilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team in data retrieval and document submission.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure smooth order processing and documentation.
• Review contracts/Sales Orders for billing rates and terms; flag inconsistencies.
• Verify and analyze billing requests and related queries.
• Ensure timely, accurate invoice generation per company policies.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to obtain complete billing documents.
• Maintain accurate billing records and improve billing process efficiency.
• Support ad hoc billing projects and project-based administrative tasks.
• Assist project teams with administrative requirements.
• Prioritize and resolve customer disputes; perform root cause analysis; ensure SLA compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams for dispute resolution and closure tracking.
• Coordinate with customers for deposits and balance checks before account closure.
