Adecco Group in Malaysia seeks a skilled Billing Operations Lead to manage end-to-end billing for Staffing and Permanent Services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing. You will lead a billing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver excellent service.

This role requires at least five years in high-volume billing, two years leading a team, and strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related billing experience in high transaction environment.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and process driven.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the billing process for Staffing and Permanent services.
• Ensure compliance to Adecco Internal Controls & Local Regulations.
• Collaborate with Front, Middle & Back Office teams to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
• Respond to internal and external customer needs with urgency and follow-up.
• Review billing invoices for data accuracy and completeness.
• Manage escalations of billing discrepancies and provide corrective actions.
• Recommend and implement process changes to create efficient billing processes.
• Ensure timely invoice distribution and client portal uploads to prevent payment delays.
• Oversee month-end closing and reconciliation activities; provide monthly billing reports.
