Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia invites a Senior Associate Billing Operations Analyst to join a global leader in technology services. You will audit billing data, support accuracy, and drive improvements across billing processes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, prepare reports, and help implement new billing systems, ensuring reconciliation, controls and timely, high-quality outputs. The role requires a finance or accounting degree and comfort with SQL and MS Office; experience with billing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Moderate experience auditing processes, financial information and systems.
• Experience with MS Office Suite including Excel and Word.
• Hands-on billing application knowledge and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports analyzing data related to the billing process for accuracy.
• Audits data sets extracted from the billing system and reports on findings.
• Assists with preparing financial and statistical reports and validates billing transactions.
• Supports continuous process improvement and billing controls.
