You will coordinate with traffic controllers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate work orders. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of relevant billing experience in airfreight, with excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Education: STPM, Diploma, Degree in related field
• Experience: 2-5 years in airfreight operations and billing
• Knowledge: airfreight documentation, IATA cargo guidelines, and regulations
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for team management and client interaction
• Problem-Solving Skills: Resolve billing discrepancies effectively
• Leadership Skills: Lead, motivate, and guide a billing team

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing team of 2 executives, including training and support
• Manage end-to-end billing process from data entry to invoicing and payment collection
• Ensure billing accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance
• Collaborate with traffic controllers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate work orders
• Generate reports on billing performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all billing transactions
