Job summary

Talent Recruit in Malaysia is seeking a Billing Supervisor (Airfreight) to oversee a small billing team and manage end-to-end invoicing processes. The role requires strong knowledge of airfreight documents, IATA guidelines, and systems such as Cargowise.

You will coordinate with traffic controllers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate work orders. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of relevant billing experience in airfreight, with excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing team of 2 executives, including training and support

Job Description:

• Lead, oversee , train and support a team of 2 executives for billing activities
• Overseeing the entire billing process, from data entry to invoicing and payment collection.
• Ensuring all billing is accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborating with traffic controllers and other relevant teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate work orders.
• Generating reports on billing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and analyzing billing trends.
• Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for all billing transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Education: STPM, Diploma, Degree in related field
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in airfreight operations and billing, with relevant qualifications.
