Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment is seeking a Billing Operations Executive for our client in Subang Jaya with occasional visits to Shah Alam warehouse. You will manage end-to-end invoicing, verify billing data, and monitor payment status while coordinating with sales and finance teams.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in accounting/finance, 1–3 years billing experience, strong Excel skills, and keen attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must have relevant accounting/finance education or equivalent.
Experience in billing, finance operations or administration is preferred.
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities are essential.

Our client is a fast-growing Malaysian tyre distribution and automotive solutions company, affiliated with a global network of one of the world’s leading tyre manufacturers. They are looking for a Billing Operations Executive based at their Subang Jaya office, with occasional visits to the Shah Alam warehouse.
