Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive for the tyre and automotive sector in Malaysia. The role focuses on growing sales with commercial and industrial customers through proactive market outreach and relationship-building.

You will identify opportunities, present products, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms while coordinating with procurement, operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
2–3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
Experience in manufacturing, trading or industrial sectors is an advantage.
Own transport and willingness to travel for client visits.

Our client is a fast-growing Malaysian tyre distribution and automotive solutions company, affiliated with a global network of one of the world’s leading tyre manufacturers. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow sales with commercial and industrial customers.
