A financial services company based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Billing Executive to handle various financial tasks, including billing requests and month-end activities. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Business and have a minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably with SAP. • Complete month end billing activities as per schedule.

The Billing Executive is responsible for handling a variety of financial and non-financial tasks. This includes the day-to-day operations related to the preparation and dispatch of invoices, as well as any tasks that were assigned by the supervisor.

Make an Impact by:

• Process billing requests (Credit Notes / Invoices) using IMPACT (SAP) and performs billing activities as per agreed schedule.
• Ensure bills are dispatched or submitted to customers’ portals on time as per set KPI.
• Supports billing enquiries and follow through to complete the cases.
• Complete all month end billing activities as per closing schedule.
• Prepare and dispatch reports to various stakeholders as per agreed schedule.
• Ensure proper documentations are up to date.
• Perform UAT testing for enhancements where required.
• Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by manager.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ IT/ Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of direct billing exposure experience, preferrably with SAP experience.
• Working experience with SAP (S4 Hana) Account Receivable would be highly advantageous.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, eye for detail and meticulous.
• Possess effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders.
• Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
