Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment is seeking a Billing Operations Executive for our client in Subang Jaya with occasional visits to Shah Alam warehouse. You will manage end-to-end invoicing, verify billing data, and monitor payment status while coordinating with sales and finance teams.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in accounting/finance, 1–3 years billing experience, strong Excel skills, and keen attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant accounting/finance education or equivalent.
• Experience in billing, finance operations or administration is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor billing schedules and payment status.
• Coordinate with sales, finance and customers on billing matters.
• Maintain billing records and prepare billing reports.
• Support month-end closing and handle invoice enquiries.
