Job summary

Joinimagine in Malaysia is seeking a Service Delivery professional to ensure timely and accurate completion of incoming requests from business partners, adhering to SLA and global guidelines. You will validate and maintain data, liaise with internal/external contacts for billing information, and drive KPIs daily, weekly and monthly.

Also perform end-to-end investigations to recover revenue and prepare supporting documents.

Qualifications

Ability to meet SLA targets and ensure accurate billing processes.
Experience with data validation and root-cause analysis.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic data manipulation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Timely and accurate completion of incoming requests and queries from business partners and other stakeholders, in accordance with the agreed SLA.
Perform validation and maintenance activities in line with Global guidelines and approval processes.
Liaise with internal and external contacts to obtain and follow up billing information for correct invoicing.
Perform validation and rectify errors from rejection reports.
Drive the team KPIs and SLAs on daily, weekly and monthly cycles.
Conduct end-to-end investigations to recover revenue or prevent revenue leakage.
Prepare and provide supporting documents and reports per contractual agreements.
Maintain data for transfer to produce accurate billing invoices/credits.
Perform quality checks (Billing Supervisory checks).
Support digitization and automation of non-value adding tasks.
Foster a positive team environment and participate in process reviews to minimize risk.
