Job summary

NTT DATA SERVICES MALAYSIA SND. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate Billing Operations Analyst to support data accuracy in the billing process and to audit data sets extracted from the billing system.

You will implement and report on billing activities, assist with financial and statistical reports, and collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• Moderate experience auditing processes, financial information and systems.
• Experience working with MS Excel and MS Word; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit data sets from the billing system for accuracy.
• Support implementation of billing operations to maximize effectiveness.
• Prepare financial and statistical reports and validate billing transactions.
• Coordinate with internal groups to resolve issues and document requests.
• Assist with continuous process improvement projects in billing controls.
