Job summary

Prestige Kinetic Sdn Bhd is seeking a Billing Analyst to handle end-to-end billing processes from vendors, validate invoices, and ensure alignment with contracts. You will investigate discrepancies, track BPO status, and prepare monthly reports for end users.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years in billing or related fields, are detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Excel; Power BI and SAP experience are a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in billing processes/system.
Fresh graduates with interest to develop a career in this field are welcome to apply.
Detail-oriented, analytical and enjoy working with numbers and large set of data.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end billing process from vendors including invoice validation and pricing management.
Review invoices in system to ensure they are aligned with contract agreements
Investigate and correct billing issues
Track Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) status and support BPO issuance process
Prepare monthly report and publish report to end users in the timely and accurate manner
