• Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
• 1 year recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates with interest encouraged to apply.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates from databases, social media, and alternative channels.
• Screen and evaluate resumes based on job specs.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Monitor market trends to create diverse candidate slates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and roles.
• Execute targeted candidate search campaigns and ensure strong candidate pipelines.
• Maintain compliance with sourcing, recruitment, and hiring regulations.
