Job summary

Lipton Teas & Infusions in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC, to lead recruitment across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Kuala Lumpur and reporting to the HR Director APAC, you will attract top talent, build future pipelines and partner with business leaders to deliver hiring strategies that support growth and capability building.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
8+ years of TA experience, regional APAC responsibility.
Native Mandarin required (spoken & written).
Experience hiring across diverse markets in a multinational company.
Proficiency with ATS, recruitment tech and talent analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute APAC TA strategy aligned with priorities.
Lead full-cycle recruitment across APAC for professional, managerial, and leadership positions.
Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast needs and build pipelines.
Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and drive improvements.
Champion inclusive hiring and diverse candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and HR to promote employer brand.
