Cekap Link Tech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Malaysia team.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across customer service, operations, technology and corporate functions, while partnering with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and positive recruitment experience. The role requires sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offers, plus active onboarding.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in Malaysia.
• Good spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Conversational Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
• Familiar with Malaysian recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn and other local job boards.
• Experience recruiting customer service, BPO, operations or high-volume positions.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory employment requirements.
• Experience with social media for talent sourcing or employer branding is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement clarification, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and pre-onboarding follow-up.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, Ricebowl, employee referrals and other channels, building talent pipelines.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and recruitment-related communication in Mandarin and English.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, candidate profiles and hiring timelines.
• Track recruitment funnel data and prepare progress reports.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with HR and operations on offers, onboarding and local employment requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns across social media platforms including RED.
