SKINTIFIC Malaysia is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruiting across Malaysia, China and Taiwan. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to forecast manpower needs, design sourcing plans, and manage hiring timelines while coaching a regional TA team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in TA with leadership experience, plus strong analytics, English and Mandarin fluency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years in Talent Acquisition with at least 1 year in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong analytics to interpret recruitment metrics and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver high-volume hires.
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and events preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work full on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates for Mandarin-speaking market.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across Malaysia, China and Taiwan.
• Plan manpower, intake requirements, sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies and sourcing plans aligned with business needs.
• Partner with HRBP, hiring managers and leaders to drive decisions.
• Manage recruitment pipeline, timelines, and SLAs.
• Lead Talent Acquisition team, allocate workload, coach, and monitor progress.
• Build regional talent pipelines via multiple channels and referrals.
• Analyze data and report on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience and maintain records.
