Job summary

Pepper Cloud, an AI WhatsApp CRM platform, seeks a Sales and Support Executive to drive growth, manage client relationships, and expand sales channels. You will conduct product demos, nurture leads, onboard clients, and support retention while collaborating with partners and participating in industry events.

The role requires 2–3 years in Sales/BD, SaaS/CRM experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Travel to Singapore may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling client meetings, product demos, and customer relationships.
• Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
• Willingness to travel to Singapore when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients and communicate product value.
• Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Value and Volume).
• Identify and develop new sales channels, business opportunities, and potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and distributors.
• Coordinate with Pre‑Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and adoption.
• Follow up with customers after onboarding and support long‑term retention.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline and customer records.
