Job summary

TP in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Reservations Customer Service Representative to provide reservations support via phone, email, or fax and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will handle inquiries, modify or cancel reservations, and coordinate with hotels to arrange special requests while delivering high levels of service.

This role requires excellent English communication, problem solving, and a customer‑friendly, independent attitude, with flexibility for monthly shift changes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional language desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude.
• Willing to work shifts on a monthly rotation or as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax
• Handle customer requests by phone and e-mail
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations
• Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrange special requests
• Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints
• Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
