Job summary

CB Talents SP is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support specialist for Hotel Reservation to join our growing international team in Malaysia. You will assist guests, verify reservations, and ensure a smooth booking experience, working in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role reports to our Sales/Reservations team at the G Tower site in Malaysia and requires fluency in English and Mandarin, hotel reservation experience, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, reading).
• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
• Hotel/Reservation experience is required.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team & resolve customer issues.
• Handle escalations and ensure accurate sales verification.
• Follow up on cases until resolution.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service.
• Create a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Provide timely, accurate support while adhering to SOPs.
