Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Service Delivery professional in Kuala Lumpur to act as the primary contact for employee inquiries across the full Hire to Retire lifecycle. You will support onboarding, leave management, access provisioning, and issue resolution using ticketing, chat, and telephony to ensure service excellence.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR service delivery, strong communication, and fluency in English and Japanese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years HR service delivery experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, SAP).
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions on HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and systems.
• Administer onboarding, offboarding, leave, and access to self-service tools.
• Coordinate programs like absence management, performance reviews, surveys, and EAPs.
• Update HR documentation and policies in line with labor laws and client needs.
• Provide user assistance for LMS, ESS platforms, and training logistics.
• Support wellbeing and engagement initiatives and collect feedback.
• Track and analyze service metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams for consistent support.
